Octavian Interface is a personal operations workspace: tasks, journal, people, meetings, and connected accounts, in one place. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you believe someone else has gotten in.
Everything you put in — and everything read from accounts you connect — remains yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, display it back to you, and run the features you turn on. See the privacy policy for exactly how that works.
The AI layer, Scout's web searches, and the spoken brief use platform-managed provider accounts. The platform owner funds these calls and can review platform usage and spending. AI access is limited to eligible accounts and configured budgets. You manage your own personal source connections, such as Fieldy, mail and calendar. Alerts reach you as push notifications in the iPhone app, on the app's own credentials through Expo's push service. There is no key to paste and no separate push-provider account to set up.
Anyone may create an account. Using the service requires a current plan, or complimentary access from an access code we provide. The plan price and monthly renewal terms are shown before you subscribe through Stripe. A subscription covers one person unless an offer expressly states otherwise. An account without a current plan is locked until it subscribes or redeems a code, and its records are kept.
Manage your payment method and cancel through Settings → Plan and billing. Stripe shows when cancellation takes effect; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a renewal payment fails, the account stays open for seven days while the payment is retried, with chargeable features paused. Canceling does not delete your records. For billing questions or a refund request, contact matt@braceyskyway.com.
Included AI allowances cover eligible provider usage, including text and speech, across your account. They reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, independently of your subscription renewal date, and do not roll over. Chargeable features pause when the allowance is exhausted or subscription payment is not current. Manual records and planning remain available while the plan is current. There are no automatic overage charges.
Google accounts are read-only: the app asks for read access and nothing more.
Outlook is different. Microsoft offers no narrower permission for the two things the app can write, so it asks to read and write mail and calendars, and limits itself: it can save drafts in your Drafts folder, and place its own blocks, or a meeting you accept, on your calendar. Each is off until you turn it on in Settings. The app never sends an email itself, never moves or deletes a message, and never changes or deletes an event it did not create.
The drafts you send and the meetings you book are yours. When a meeting you accept has guests, Outlook sends each of them an invitation, as it does for any meeting.
Do not use the service to break the law, to probe or disrupt the service itself, or to access anyone else's data. We may suspend or close an account that does.
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you should not treat it as your only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using the service and ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time. We can suspend or end the service, or an account that violates these terms, with reasonable notice where practical.
If these terms change materially, the date above changes and the app will say so. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions: matt@braceyskyway.com.
